Support FAQ

What to send so we can investigate a problem.

How do I create a ticket?
  1. Open New ticket and enter a short subject.
  2. Choose the closest category and describe what happened.
  3. Select Create ticket. Your ticket then appears under My tickets, where you can reply and share files.
What kinds of tickets can I send?
  • Technical problem: “Create action stopped responding after I saved one action.”
  • Technical problem, delayed trigger: “A gift appeared on TikTok at 7:02 PM, but the stream overlay fired about 20 seconds later.”
  • Account or billing: Describe the sign-in or payment issue without sharing a password or full card number.
  • Game or mod: Name the game, mod, and action that failed.
What do you need to debug it?
  • The date, approximate time, and time zone when it happened. For a delayed gift, include when it appeared on TikTok and when it triggered on stream.
  • What you did, what you expected, and what actually happened. Tell us whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
  • Whether you used the website, Windows app, or Android app, plus the app version if you know it.
  • The current debug log soon after reproducing the problem, plus a screenshot or short recording if it helps.

Logs provide selected errors and timing clues. They may show where a delay occurred, but cannot always prove its cause.

How do I share the current debug log?
  1. Reproduce the problem, then open an active ticket under My tickets. Upload controls appear below the reply box only for an open ticket.
  2. Select Upload current debug log. In the Windows app, confirm Share log when prompted.
  3. Wait for “A debug log was shared with support” in the ticket. The recent log excerpt is attached in the private support channel.

On the website, this button sends panel diagnostics from the current browser session. If there are no diagnostics yet, try the failing action again first. If your Windows app cannot read its log, use Upload another file to choose %APPDATA%\StreamVibe\logs\streamvibe.log.

How do I upload another file?

Open an active ticket and select Upload another file below the reply box. Choose one file up to 3 MB. It is posted directly to the ticket's private Discord support channel; the ticket shows a file shared notice. Use it for screenshots, recordings, or other helpful evidence.

Review files before sending them. Text logs have common credentials redacted, but other file types are shared as selected. Do not include passwords, recovery codes, or full payment details.
