Terms of Service

These are the terms for using XtreamChaos - the website at xtreamchaos.com, the Windows and Android apps, and the XtreamChaos Discord bot. You must accept the current Terms before starting a livestream connection. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.

1. What XtreamChaos is

XtreamChaos reacts to what happens on your TikTok LIVE - gifts, likes, follows, shares, chat - with alerts, sounds, text-to-speech, overlays, points, song requests and battles. It is a tool you run during your own streams. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of TikTok or Discord.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, because XtreamChaos is built around going LIVE on TikTok, which TikTok limits to adults.
  • One account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility. Sign out everywhere from your profile page if you think someone else has it.
  • Give us a working email address. It is how we reach you about billing and about anything that affects your account.
  • You may create as many stream profiles under your account as you like, on every plan.

3. Using it properly

You agree to:

  • Follow TikTok's, Discord's, and every game's own rules while using XtreamChaos with them. If TikTok or a game forbids something, XtreamChaos does not make it allowed.
  • Only connect TikTok accounts, Discord accounts and game installations that are yours or that you have permission to use.
  • Not upload or play sounds, images or videos you do not have the rights to, or that are illegal, hateful, sexual, or harassing.
  • Not use XtreamChaos to harass viewers, spam, cheat in multiplayer games, evade anti-cheat systems, or interfere with other people's streams.
  • Not attack, scrape, reverse-engineer, resell or overload the service, and not share your overlay URLs, API keys or add-on files with people who have not paid for them.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. For anything serious we will not warn first.

4. Plans and billing

  • The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Pro, Premium) are billed monthly or yearly through the payment provider shown at checkout, at the price shown before you subscribe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel from your account page; the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • If a price changes, you are told at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription.
  • Payments are not refunded for the period already started, except where the law requires it or where we choose to as a goodwill gesture. If something is genuinely broken and we cannot fix it, ask - we are reasonable.
  • Some plans are granted by a Discord role (for example DRVN EMPIRE members, or beta testers). Those plans exist for as long as the role does and end when it is removed; nothing is charged for them.
  • Any applicable tax is shown before you confirm payment.

5. Your content

Everything you upload or configure - sounds, images, videos, actions, overlays, gift deck cards - stays yours. You give us the permission needed to store it and play it back where you asked (your overlays, your app, your Discord), and nothing more. We do not use your content for anything else and we do not claim it. If you delete it, it is gone from our systems within a reasonable time apart from backups, which expire on their own.

6. Other services

XtreamChaos talks to TikTok, Discord, our payment provider, ElevenLabs, Spotify and OBS. Each of those has its own terms, which you also agree to when you use them through XtreamChaos. When one of them changes or goes down, the part of XtreamChaos that depends on it may stop working; we will do what we can, but we cannot promise their availability.

If you connect your TikTok account through TikTok's Login Kit, XtreamChaos only reads what you granted and only posts to your TikTok when you explicitly press the button to do so. You can revoke the connection at any time in the panel or in your TikTok settings.

7. Availability and changes

  • We aim for XtreamChaos to be up whenever you are live, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in the Discord server.
  • Features change. Things are added often; occasionally something is removed or replaced. Anything that affects a paid plan is announced ahead of time.
  • We may update these terms. If they change, you must accept the updated Terms before starting a new livestream connection. For material changes we will also say so in the panel and in Discord before they apply.

8. Liability

XtreamChaos is a tool for your stream, and how you use it on stream is up to you. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost revenue, lost viewers, a stream that went wrong, a game that crashed, content a viewer triggered, or any indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Ending things

  • You can stop using XtreamChaos whenever you like, cancel any subscription from your profile page, and ask for your account to be deleted (see the Privacy Policy).
  • We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we have to shut the service down, in which case paid time remaining is refunded pro rata.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of XtreamChaos is established, without affecting any consumer protections you have under the law of the country you live in. Disputes go first to a conversation - in Discord, with a person - and only then to the courts of that country.
